Life is always changing day by day. As of today we have moved my mother across the country to love with us. We had a very long road trip. I am now caring for my mother 24/7. There have been many changes in our lives since last year and since I posted last. I still have not bought a new laptop or computer. When I have saved enough money one, something else is needed and the money needs to go for that.
Had family come and visit and when Hurricane Sandy was coming to hit us, We needed a generator. My laptop money went for that. Good trade off I think. Luckily we did not have to use it, because the storm just skirted us.
Then I had saved money again and we had to by new tires for all the cars, one too many flat tires. Even the spares needed to replaced. I had no problem in using my new laptop money for that.
Then again I had saved and then we HAD to fly across country, rent a rental truck and drive across the country.
So now again I am saving money again. Sooner or later I will be getting a new laptop. So in the mean time I will be posting more regular, using one of my kids' laptop or posting from my phone.
