So today my soon to be son in law was getting for a wedding he was going to. He went to get on his dress shoes and guess what happened. His shoe laces broke. I kind of chuckled at him and went to the closet and got out extra shoe laces. the right size and the right color. He looked at me, like one you saved me and the puzzled look of how did you know I was going to need them?
So this months random thought is buy extra shoe laces for shoes, boots and such. They are cheap enough to have around. Put them into a basket, or shoe box, labeled of course. You can also keep shoe polish, and such in the same box.
There are days that you have to polish those shoes and replace those shoe laces. Having everything in the same place and know where it is can be a time saver and can take away one less headache.
